    Macie Price has served clients at Hanley Disability for over six years.

    Macie started out as front desk clerk, then moved to filing initial disability claims for clients.

    She has now completed the necessary training and testing to serve as a Qualified Representative at disability hearings for people who have been denied Social Security Disability benefits.

    Macie holds a Paralegal Certificate from Purdue University and is a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR).

    PARALEGAL

    Katie Waggoner joined our firm in 2021 with a strong background in customer service.

    Katie is responsible for filing initial Social Security Disability applications and appeals when clients have been denied benefits, as well as monitoring the progress of claims.

    She has an undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and holds a Paralegal Certificate from Purdue University.

    Diane Cope has been an administrative assistant for Hanley Disability for over 10 years.

    She is often the first friendly face you see in our office, ready to help with any questions you have. And she serves as our medical records clerk.

    Diane has more than 24 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
