J. Frank Hanley II was in private law practice in Indianapolis for more than 45 years, making him a leader in the field of Social Security Disability law.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1965 from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, Mr. Hanley earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University Law School in 1968.
He spent a few years in other areas of law, then found the field of SSD law through a client. Soon he directed his efforts entirely to helping people with Social Security Disability cases. He went on to build one of the most experienced SSD teams in Indiana.
Mr. Hanley was a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He retired in late 2019.
